The service

Fulltime provides front-office automation for local businesses — missed-call text-back, lead follow-up, review requests, scheduling and reminders, database reactivation, a unified inbox, and reporting — billed at $397/month.

Billing & cancellation

Service is month-to-month with no setup fee and no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Usage pass-through

Telecommunications and AI usage — calls, text messages, and voice minutes — is billed at cost as it is consumed, in addition to the monthly subscription. Typical usage for a small business runs $10–$30 per month; unusually high call volumes cost proportionally more. Usage is passed through without markup and appears transparently on your statement.

Estimates, not guarantees

Revenue figures, industry statistics, and calculator projections on this site are estimates drawn from sourced third-party research. They describe typical industry patterns, not promised outcomes. Your results will depend on your business, market, and call volume.

Acceptable use

You agree to use messaging features only for legitimate business communication with your own customers and leads, in compliance with applicable law (including TCPA). Messages sent through the service must identify your business and honor opt-out requests.

Limitation of liability

Fulltime is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
